UnitCareUnitCare Pro: your logo on tenant pages and printable repair history
What Pro adds
- Unlimited properties (Free covers 5).
- Your logo and business name on the tenant report page, tracking page, QR posters and tenant emails.
- Printable repair history for each property, which you can save as a PDF.

Pro is £8 a month or £80 a year. You can cancel any time, and nothing is deleted if you do.
Add your business name and logo
- Go to Account → Your logo & business name.
- Type your business name, for example "Smith Lettings", and press Save name.
- Press Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP file under 2 MB. A wide logo on a plain background looks best.
That's it. From now on tenants see your name and logo instead of UnitCare's. Reprint your QR posters so they show your branding too.
You can also set Your name for messages in Account. Tenants then see "Sarah, Smith Lettings" on your replies instead of "Your landlord".
Print a property's repair history
- Open the property and press Repair history.
- You'll see every report: when it was reported, by whom, how urgent it was, the photos, every message and when it was fixed. The totals at the top show how many were reported and fixed, and the average days to fix.
- Press Print or save as PDF. To get a PDF, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer.
Use it for deposit disputes, council inspections, insurance claims, or when you sell or hand over a property. How repair records help in deposit disputes.
If you stop Pro
Nothing is deleted. You choose which 5 properties stay fully active. The rest become read-only, so tenants can still report and you can still see everything, but you can't manage them until you upgrade again.
